Clarification of Comments in News Conference on Leaks

“I want to be clear about a statement I made earlier today.  As I mentioned, it is my understanding that portions of the National Security Division of the Department of Justice have recused themself with respect to at least one investigation regarding disclosures.  I did not intend to suggest that this recusal implied that anyone in the division had improperly disclosed any information, but rather that the sorts of issues that can force a recusal show the serious complications facing the Department in investigating these matters.”
