WASHINGTON, D.C. – Chairman Mike Rogers today praised the selection of U.S. Rep. C. A. “Dutch” Ruppersberger (D-MD) to serve as the Ranking Member of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI). Rep. Ruppersberger has served on the HPSCI for eight years.
