Statement by Chairman Mike Rogers

Chairman Rogers issued a clarifying statement today following his media conference call on his Cyber Bill. 

Chairman Rogers said “With regard to Center for Democracy and Technology’s position on the bill, later in the conference call I clarified that while we’ve met some of their concerns, we have certainly not met them all.  CDT should speak for itself and I noted that they will be issuing a statement today and we should let them characterize their own views.”
